Due to the personalised nature of astrological readings and counselling, all sales are final once the service has been delivered.

• Romanian & EU Clients: By confirming your booking, you agree to immediate delivery of digital content or a reading, which waives your right to withdraw under EU consumer law.

• USA Clients: Refunds are not available after a reading or digital content has been completed. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for partial refunds, at our discretion.
